Terms Of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of HUSA's AI-powered hiring and workforce decision platform ("Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Customer: organization or individual using HUSA
  • Candidate Data: CVs, assessments, interview data
  • Service: all HUSA platforms, including app.husa.io and job.husa.io
  • AI Output: any insights, scoring, or recommendations generated by the Service

3. Description of Service

HUSA provides decision-support tools for:

  • Screening & shortlisting
  • Online assessments
  • Leadership Fit analysis
  • AI Interview co-pilot

HUSA does not make hiring decisions.

4. Account & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use accurate information
  • Protect your account
  • Comply with applicable laws, including data protection laws

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful discrimination
  • Upload data without consent
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the system

7. Payments

HUSA may offer multiple payment methods depending on the service and customer type, including but not limited to:

  • Online payments via third-party payment providers such as Paddle, MoMo, and VNPay
  • Bank transfer for enterprise or invoiced customers
  • Other payment methods as agreed between HUSA and the customer

Certain payment providers, such as Paddle, may act as Merchant of Record and may handle billing, tax calculation, and payment processing on behalf of HUSA.

Pricing may include applicable taxes, such as VAT or GST, depending on your location and the payment provider used.

All payment terms, including billing cycles and applicable fees, will be specified at checkout or in the relevant agreement.

For enterprise customers, payment terms may be defined in a separate commercial agreement.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Payments Processed via Paddle

All purchases made through Paddle are subject to Paddle's refund policy, available at: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for billing, payment processing, and refunds.

Refunds, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a refund, customers should follow the instructions provided in their transaction receipt or contact Paddle via https://paddle.net.

HUSA does not independently process refunds for transactions handled by Paddle.

8.2 Payments Processed Outside Paddle

For payments made directly to HUSA (including but not limited to bank transfers, invoiced enterprise agreements, or other agreed payment methods), refund terms will be governed by the applicable agreement between HUSA and the customer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees paid are non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Material service failure that cannot be reasonably resolved

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment.

Any approved refunds will be processed using a method determined by HUSA.

8.3 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform assets, AI models, and content belong to HUSA.

You retain ownership of your data.

10. AI Disclaimer

AI outputs:

  • May not always be accurate
  • Should not be the sole basis for decisions

You are responsible for all final decisions.

11. Data Usage & AI Training

HUSA may:

  • Process your data to deliver the Service
  • Improve models using anonymized or aggregated data only

HUSA will not use identifiable personal data for model training without consent.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime
  • Error-free operation

13. Limitation of Liability

HUSA's liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.

14. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Legal requirements

15. Governing Law

  • Default governing law: Vietnam
  • Enterprise contracts may override this default
